The Ask

A B2B press release announcing semi-exclusive US distribution of Tik Tok sensation The Male Rose in trade magazines and on industry sites.

In addition to going viral on TikTok, The Male Rose’s functionality makes it a distinctive product in its category.

The Target

Retailers in the adult industry, both in-store and online.

The Male Rose’s viral campaign made it a valuable acquisition for brick-and-mortar stores. A viral product is a low risk/high reward purchase for the retailer, and its availability builds brand trust for new customers. Additionally, customers coming in for a specific product usually purchase supporting products.

The Tone

Professional, trustworthy, inclusive, optimistic, sightly formal yet forthright.

The vendor’s website used highly explicit, AI-generated language. There was no jumping-off point, so I wrote the product description from scratch.

The Solution

I wrote a benefits-forward product description that was forthright, but high-minded. I was sure to highlight the purchase benefits to Nalpac and Entrenue’s entire customer base, including the potential to widen their customer reach.
